2 categories of people behaviour:
Gladiators - 5%. Gladiators create content, push the progress forward. They try something noone tried before. They take risks.
Watchers are consumerists. They obey the rules their parents live, and try to not do something that may push their to a dangerous situation. They prefer working at the same job for the whole live, rather than looking out for new opportunities. They often pick to live in the same places their parents lived, and the job their parents worked at.
That’s entirely my observations. Who am i? If the answer were so simple. The thing is - you cannot assign a person into 1 particular group. Some people are probably in-between. Sometimes they try something, but keep their body under the water.
You might think that the watchers are a bad assignment. I don’t think that. It’s just a different psychology. The world need both types, and, probably, in the same proporion as we have now. Gladiators risk and push the progress, watchers pick up and stabilize the situation.
