I often fall into someone’s structuring patterns while myself having no much experience in the field. It’s always better to try to do the task in the free form. Then develop your structuring organically - this will emerge into the simplest approach.
I’ve tried so many reading structures, but actually read so few books. The true solution - just read: no obligation to skim in a certain way - read the whole book, or skim whole paragraphs if you feel to.
Following this thoughts, i’ve started to read freely. And the structure i really need, my own one, started to shape organically.
