What i know about meal so far

For the last 3 years i’m experiencing overweight. I’ve tried different strategies, but i always end up gaining weight after losing.

I think success of losing weight may lie within simultaneous execution of the 2 things:

  1. Sport
  2. Diet

You can execute one of it less successfully, but you should never forget about one completely. I’ve tried only sport and unlimited meals, and vice-versa, both options don’t work.

The success - enough sport and enough diet. I have decent amount sport - 1 hour of training every day on average, but i know i can improve - do stable training - no skipped day.

According to meal - i’ve discovered a strategy to eat once a day, but single big meal is damaging to me, even if it is only meal for a day.

Seems like a proper nutrition consists of 2 meals per day - morning-lunch one and evening one. Both of them are limited - shouldn’t consist of many kinds of food, and portions should be slightly below average intake. Evening meal should be lighter than the morning one.

I will try this out.
