Exercising

When i feel bad:

  • Overweight
  • Bad schedule
  • Toxicity to people
  • Low on-sun time
  • Constant comfort zone
  • Low productivity

Everything of this comes down to exercising. If i exercise good, everyday and balanced - i get the most. I lose weight, fix my schedule by spending required amount of energy to fall asleep easier, most drills are under the sun, morning runs taking out of comfort zone. And, finally, it’s a bless to do a good programming work after a good training.
