Recently, i started to stress relations too much. Spent too much energy, worrying about things someone said, starting getting angry as a result. In short: i’ve became too emotional when it comes to relationships.
This, in turn, reduced my overall happiness and clear thoughts. Because my mind is constantly in the recent chats, checking if everything was fine, i cannot properly enjoy the current moment, focus.
I need to break out of this loop. Just to say things more directly, to the point, witrhout overthinking, pride or toxicity.
