Some days you just don’t feel right. Bad mood, low motivation, unability to think positive.
Yet we shouldn’t unleash any toxicity or bad vibes to other people. Good deeds you’ve done before, and good sides you’ve shown so far will be completely overriden by one unnecessary emotion unleash. You will be sorry for that act of toxicity you’ve performed. Not because of fear what other people think of you, but because of realization that you’ve failed to control yourself.
Discipline is the key. Do the thing you’ve programmed yourself to do despite any mood state. Do it in more limited amount on bad days: lower level of hard staff you usually do. Take some rest. Do something completely different.
If you feel angry, upset, embarassed - tell people you trust. Meditate on that as long as required.
We all have drawbacks, we cannot avoid them, so it matters how we respond to them.
